See the patterns behind how you lead, decide, connect, and respond under pressure.
Professional effectiveness is influenced by more than technical expertise. The way you understand yourself, express yourself, relate to other people, make decisions, and manage stress shapes how you perform.
The EQ-i 2.0, published by MHS, turns those emotional and social skills into a structured profile you can understand and develop. It measures 15 competencies across five areas:
- Self-Perception
- Self-Expression
- Interpersonal
- Decision Making
- Stress Management
You also receive a Total EI score and a Well-Being indicator. Your results are benchmarked against a current MHS norm group, so you get a meaningful reference point rather than a vague impression of where you stand.
