This is the simplest way to start. One assessment, one focused session, a clear picture of where you stand.

You take the EQ-i 2.0, the most widely used and best validated measure of emotional intelligence. Then we sit down together and go through your results in plain terms: what your scores mean, where your strengths are, and the two or three areas where a small shift would make the biggest difference.

Who it is for: Anyone curious about their emotional intelligence who wants a real, measured read rather than a generic quiz, and a single session to make sense of it.
