The Change Style Indicator 2, published by MHS, measures your preferred approach to change along a continuum with three styles:

Conservers prefer gradual, structured change and value what is already working.

Originators favor faster, bolder change and are more willing to challenge the status quo.

Pragmatists move between the two depending on what appears workable.

No style is right or wrong. The value is in recognizing your own preference and understanding how it shapes your communication, pace, and reactions during transition, and how it collides with the preferences of people around you.
