The Change Style Snapshot combines the CSI 2 assessment with a 45-minute debrief by Dr. Yesim — one of a small number of practitioners certified to administer the full MHS assessment suite, including the Change Style Indicator.
The CSI 2 identifies your primary change style — Conserver, Pragmatist, or Originator — and maps how that style affects your leadership decisions, team dynamics, and organizational effectiveness during periods of transition. Most team conflict during change is not about the change itself. It is about the collision of different change styles operating without awareness of each other. This session gives you the awareness to change that.
