Emotional Intelligence Assessment and Coaching for Higher Education

Welcome to the EQ-i 2.0 for Higher Education. This assessment is intended to help you better understand how your emotional and social functioning impacts your academic, professional and personal performance. It is designed to help you objectively identify your emotional intelligence (EI) regarding fifteen specific EI skills. In each of the fifteen skills, you will see your result and the implications your performance has on your school life and future career. 

EQ-i report is a computer-generated report prepared by Multi-Health Systems, publishers of the EQ-i and EQ Leader Program. After completing your EQ-i assessment, you receive a personalized evaluation and one-hour coaching session by Dr. Avunduk, based on your test result. She evaluates your future career and possible developmental areas of emotional & social skills and recommends you practices for developing your skills in targeted areas.
