We interview you to understand your background and possible developmental areas of emotional & social skills, to identify goals in your life and career. After completing your EQ-i assessment, we combine the results and prepare a roadmap to maximize the benefits of the EQ Coaching Program. 

EQ-i report is a computer-generated report prepared by Multi-Health Systems, publishers of the EQ-i and EQ Leader Program. You also receive a personalized evaluation and a one-hour coaching session by Dr. Avunduk, based on your test result and interview. Dr. Avunduk will recommend practices for developing your skills in targeted areas to solve problems and enhance your performance.
