The Foundations Coaching Package is designed for leaders with a specific challenge to work through — a difficult team dynamic, a leadership transition, a pattern they keep encountering under pressure. It begins with the EQ-i 2.0 assessment to establish a validated baseline, then moves through structured coaching sessions with Dr. Yesim.

Each session builds on the last. Between sessions, you receive targeted reflection prompts to deepen the work. At the end of the engagement, you leave with a written action plan grounded in your EQ data and your specific context.
